Dear Northwest Radiography VPN Clients,
Effective November 2, 2009 NWR has replaced the current VPN system for downloading cases from our website. You will now receive e-mail notification from NWR when cases are complete and ready to download via Yousendit. A sample case can be found at the link below:

The new system is HIPAA compliant and allows retrieval of cases for 14 days after you receive our e-mail notice. NWR will continue to provide a 30 day archival storage of all cases for your protection.
If you haven't done so, please provide us with a primary e-mail address to which we can send the e-mail notices. The e-mail address you provide should be accessible to you at all times as it will be your primary method of notification when cases are complete. Automatic forwarding to an alternate address in instances of staff vacation/absence is recommended as NWR labs will only send one daily e-mail notification. Automated out-of-office replies will not prompt a second NWR e-mail attempt. It is also important for you to confirm you have received this communication about the system change.
